What Does the following pelvic Scan Result Indicate?
I did a pelvic scan and the result goes: uterus is non gravid, anterverted of normal size with uniform myometrial echo pattern. It measures about 39mm in ap diameter the endometrial wall measures about 5mm in thickness. The right ovary measures 33mmx25mm in size. The left ovary measures about 35mmx25mm in size. Both adnexae are free bilaterally. No uterine lession seen. The pouch of douglass is free. The general uterine outline is consistent and regular. Conclusion (1) acyesis (2) essentially normal pelvic scan. Pls am I ok

thanks for posting here...it is an aboslutely normal scan...acyesis means there are no signs of pregnancy.... you need not to worry as there is no pathology indicated in this scan...
